Asset Management

 

We offer to manage all your laboratory assets in terms of repair, preventive maintenance, documentation of maintenance activities and performance verification. 

 

Service Contracts

 

We Provide Annual maintenance contracts to suit your needs with and without parts. The plans available are 

a. Annual Maintenance Plan: This plan is for a period of one year and does not include parts In this plan Repair and Preventive maintenance are offered.

b. Comprehensive Maintenance Plan: This plan is for a period of one year and includes Preventive maintenance parts.  In this plan Repair and preventive maintenance are offered.

 

Preventive Maintenance

 

We provide preventive maintenance services In this service parts are replaced and calibration made to an instrument to assist in keeping a system operating properly and help prevent failures during routine operation. These are usually performed annually or Bi-annually, based on usage.

 

Relocation Services

 

We also provide support during relocation, like dismantling and re-installation of Laboratory Instruments

 

Performance Verification

 

We provide performance verification services as per your GLP/GLS needs. This is a series of tests and values, recorded to verify the equipment is operating within correct parameters. This also documents whether the system meets the manufactures specifications.
